We’re starting off easy for the less experienced cocktail makers. For this cute little shot, you will simply need:

  • Dark Rum
  • Eggnog
  • Whipped Cream
  • Cinnamon Sugar (to garnish)

It’s pretty simple to make this one, you just need to pour half rum into the shot glass and half eggnog (you can purchase a carton of it from Coles or Woolies) and give it a little stir with a cocktail stirrer. Then top it off with some whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. Bottoms up!

For this one you will need a little more experience – and a cocktail shaker.

Ingredients wise, you will need:

  • 1/4 Cup Of Lime Juice
  • 3oz. Ginger Beer
  • Crushed Mint
  • Handful Of Fresh Or Frozen Cranberries
  • Ice

So, as you can imagine, add the ice, vodka, cranberry, lime juice and crushed mint to a cocktail shaker and shake, shake, shake! Pour into a glass and top with ginger beer. Serve that baby in a mule glass, with cranberries, a mint leaf and a candy cane to garnish. Delish!

You will need:

For this Christmas cocktail you will need to sir the cognac, cider and angostura into a glass. Then top it off the excess with sparkling wine, in traditional spritz style. You can garnish it with a little bit of fake holly, which you will find in any dollar store.

I saved the best for last, because this one actually has a video to go with it.

For this Christmas morning essential, you will need:

  • 2 oz. Sparkling Wine
  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • A Splash Of Orange Liqueur
  • Sugared Cranberries (to garnish)
  • Rosemary Sprig (to garnish)

This one is pretty easy to make. Start by pouring the wine into the glass, then the cranberry juice, then the orange liqueur. Top it off with the garnishes and you’re good to go. Easy as that!
