Sydney’s Getting Another Noodle Markets To Cure Your FOMO

They come and go so quickly every damn year, and while the Night Noodle Markets have finished for another year – bringing you delish food, a fab atmosphere and way too many people in your space – you’re in luck if you missed out.

While you may regret not being able to devour some of the salivating food dished up this year, the harbour city will be treated to a debut of Singapore: Inside Out Sydney – after having previously run in Beijing, New York and London. It’ll be taking place in  Kensington Street and The Old Clare Hotel this November 3rd to 5th, and will be a sweet sweet mix of food, culture, art and performance.

The free arts and culture showcase will see Singapore take over the Chippendale Creative Precinct offering with some devlish cocktails, 11 art installs and 12 performances – how lucky are you?

Food vibes will be led by Malcolm Lee, owner and head chef at the world’s only Paranakan Michelin-starred restaurant Candlenut and Singapore-inspired cocktails will be shaken not stirred up by Peter Chua, former bartender of well-known 28 Hong Kong St (aka the bar that was voted a casual 10th in the World’s 50 Best Bars list last year just FYI.)

Not only that, by local MasterChef hero Reynold Poernomo will be serving up some no doubt mind-boggling desserts with Michelin-starred chef Cheryl Koh. So leave room.

You’ll also get a cheeky look into another side of Singapore’s art scene with an international line-up including Sundance award-winning film director Kristen Tan and PX3 Prix de la Photographie Paris Gold award winner Sarah Choo.

And all this over just three days?! We’re gonna’ need a bigger boat.

Make sure you bookmark it, because like the Noodle Markets, they’ll be gone quick. Bring your fork.
