Excuse Me? is a fab new six-part web series following the journey Alice Knight, a 23-year-old who has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. After weighing up her options she decides to undergo a double mastectomy, but not before embarking on her Goodbye DD’s Bucket List with her sister Lucia and friends, Max and Jemima. With her friends by her side, Alice attempts to find inner peace, resolve tensions with her dad and gets up to some mischief along the way.
What’s really fun about this series is the way it deals with both the seriousness of the subject, while also tying some millennial cliches and of course the ever present bucket list of things to do before you die. Watch out for the drop of the series exclusively with us on 5Why in early 2018!

Slum Sociable // Slum Sociable
The debut and self-titled album from Melbourne’s own Slum Sociable is a record, not only worth the wait, but oozing with intrigue and sensitivity. We’re surely in a golden age for Aussie music, and this album features everything from dizzying synths, to hip-hop focused production and sun-kist guitars.
It’s one of the most dynamic records you’ll hear, especially in the Australian scene, with the gents unafraid to take on multiple genres (we honestly would not know what genre to title this piece as.) And that’s just fine with us, because it’s delightfully diverse; exuding all types of emotions.
