I’m sorry panic-buyers who have spent the last two weeks raiding every Coles, Woolies and Aldi in the country, but I have some bad news for you. A Coles worker has been diagnosed with Coronavirus, and she was sick right in the middle of #ToiletPaper gate.
The woman started feeling sick the day she came back from the US to Melbourne on the 29th of February, but wasn’t diagnosed until this week and worked a couple of shifts in between.
Went to 4 separate stores today – Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and another Woolworths – and lucky I didn’t need toilet rolls or paper towels. What about those who actually need them and not just being greedy?! 😲😡#ToiletPaperCrisis #ToiletPaperPanic pic.twitter.com/48TvS5xbm2

The woman worked at Coles Waurn Ponds in Geelong, and anyone who shopped during the hours she worked are being told by authorities to go to the doctor if they start to feel sick.
The health department has decided the Coles, between the hours of 8.45am and 5pm on Friday, March 6 and 1pm and 6pm on Saturday, March 7, is a public exposure site.
That being said, the chances of actually catching the virus in Coles from this woman are very, very low – so don’t panic. Keep washing your hands regularly and see a doctor if you present any of the symptoms.
