All The New Shows To Stream On Netflix This December

Another month, and another array of binge worthy shows to get your nose (and eyes) into. Boy, has December got some exciting things in store for us. From a brand new season of our much loved Fuller House, to a brand new Jennifer Aniston Original, there’s something for every night of the week that’ll keep you going ’till the new year comes around. Thank you, Netflix.

Dumplin’ – December 7

I don’t know about you, but IMO it feels like we haven’t had the pleasure of seeing Jennifer Aniston on our screens in ages. The story of Dumplin’ follows the plus-size, teenage daughter (Danielle Macdonald) of a former beauty queen (Jennifer Aniston), who signs up for her Mum’s pageant as a protest. The story escalates when other contestants follow her footsteps, revolutionising the pageant and their small Texas town. The film is based on Julie Murphy’s best selling book and is set to make us giggle and reconsider the way we think about body image. The perfect combo.

Mowgli: Legend Of The Jungle – December 7

Here we have another re-make of Disney’s much loved Jungle Book. It’s set to be a pretty dark movie, much like the last remake, but takes slightly different twists and turns along the way. It will feature a stellar line up of actors including Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Benedict Cumberbatch and Naomie Harris among others. For more info, check out our article on the film here.

Fuller House: Season 4 – December 14

The once beloved 90’s sitcom was turned into an up to date Fuller House in 2016. And since then it’s been season after season. And there’s no stopping because number 4 will be hitting our screens just before Christmas. This particular season will follow Kimmy’s pregnancy with all the laughs along the way. If you want something easy to binge on with the fam/friends, then this show’s the one.

Ellen DeGeneres: Stand Up Special – December 18

Ahhh, Ellen. Our American sweetheart. She’s back and better than ever in her upcoming Stand Up Special. Her first since 2003, can you believe?! With countless movie appearances, her tv show and more, this woman is far from a one trick pony. Settle in a get ready to laugh your guts out.
