Loosen ‘Ya Belts, Fratelli Fresh Is Launching Artisanal Nutella Gelato & 15 Other Flavours

We all know and love Fratelli Fresh, champions of authentic Italian cuisine. Well, they’re now serving up gelato, just in time for summer! Taking advantage of the culinary expertise of Italian-born Head Pastry Chef Riccardo Falcone, Fratelli Fresh will house 16 flavours of handcrafted, exquisite gelato and sorbets.

The gelato flavours are black forest, cookies & cream, blueberry & yoghurt, tiramisu, espresso, chocolate crunch, rum & raisin, mascarpone & figs, Nutella, hazelnut salted caramel, pistachio, snickerone, vanilla, coconut, and raspberry and passionfruit sorbet. Yum. 

Each handcrafted flavour is made with a unique recipe. Above all, quality is key, with premium produce from local suppliers. They’re sure to be welcome, delicious relief from the summer heat. Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour will feature all sixteen flavours. The restaurants in Alexandria, Crows Nest, Bridge Street, Macquarie Street, Entertainment Quarter, Westfield and Walsh Bay will feature nine.

Guests can purchase one scoop for $5, two for $7, and three for $8. Tubs are also available for takeaway, with 500ml for $12.50, and also litre containers for $21. Nothing like authentic Italian gelato on a hot summer night, am I right? So sign us up.
