Holy Shot, A 600 Litre Espresso Martini Is Coming To Sydney This Long Weekend

GET IN MY BODY.

If you love coffee, then get onto this exclusive event, ’cause we certainly are. Tia Maria is really upping the Espresso Martini game this Labour Day long weekend. On Monday, as part of International Coffee Day, they are attempting to create the biggest Espresso Martini with an epic World Record attempt.

The beast of a cocktail will be shaken (not stirred) at Sydney’s Cruise Bar in Circular Quay and will stand at a crazy 2.2 metres tall. That’s 600 litres (the equivalent of 5,000 martinis) of brewed goodness consisting of 286 bottles of coffee liqueur, 286 bottles of vodka and 200 litres of coffee. Don’t worry, I’m drooling as much as you are right now.

If you’re already hooked, then here’s how it’s going to go down.

Vittoria Coffee have teamed up with Tia Maria to bring you free coffees between 10am and 12pm at Cruise Bar. A saviour for your Sunday sesh hangover. From 12pm, ticket holders will then be able to snag a complimentary Espresso Martini before experiencing an exclusive menu of awesome coffee based cocktails. Including the Tia Iced Popcorn Frappe, the Tia Coffee Tonic and the Tia Flat White Russian.
