Yes this is happening. No this is not a drill.
It’s set to be a bloody toasty week or two across Oz, with temps ready to seriously boil. So to relieve you from the heatwave that’s about to absolutely roast the entire eastern coast of Australia, Baskin-Robbins and Menulog have teamed up to deliver free ice-cream straight to your bloody front door.
I know what you’re thinking, 2019 really couldn’t get any much better if it tried. But what if I told you that the deliverable ice-cream on offer features dreamy pastel sprinkles, glistening sugar pearls and edible gold chocolate? Did I mention giant jelly ball lollipops? Unbuckle that belt, my friends.
Baskin-Robbins’ are launching their brand new Creature Creations range and it sounds too delectably good to be true (it is true though just FYI). Three enchanted flavours (pictured left to right) will get ya taste buds tingling and here they are, detailed in all their delicious glory:
Baby Mermaid
This is a fairy-tale splash with your favourite ice cream in a cup or waffle cone. Scattered with glistening sugar pearls and pastel sprinkles, garnished with a shimmering chocolate tail. It’s like eating a mouthful of glittery magic, really.
Baby Unicorn
Get your sparkle on with this magical new Unicorn scoop! Choose your favourite ice cream flavour and they’ll scatter it with dreamy pastel sprinkles and top it off with an edible gold chocolate horn and delicate white chocolate ears.
Baby Monster
A fright-tastic scoop of your favourite flavour in a fresh-baked waffle cone or cup, strewn with mini candy eyeballs, crunchy neon sprinkles, topped with a giant jelly eyeball lollipop.
