I am overwhelmed and shook.
The official trailer for the next Wonder Woman movie has officially dropped, and I literally cannot get enough.
Fans at Comic Con Experience in São Paulo, Brazil were blessed to be the first to see the masterpiece. And I don’t think anyone has been able to watch it just once.
The action-packed trailer has all of the superhero movie must-haves: epic fight scenes with impossible superhero skills captured in slow-mo, mind-blowing suit reveals, villains, flashbacks and origin stories rolled in one.
Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) is kept plenty busy fighting evil in American malls, lasso-whipping bad-guys, swinging from lightning, and running through the streets of Washington, DC.
But the best part? Not the fighting or the epic Golden Eagle suit reveal. No, it’s the fact this is set in 1984. Peak 1980s.

I mean, listen to that SYNTH.
shoutout to the Wonder Woman 1984 trailer for being entirely based around the best song ever created by humanity (even if it is a bit cliche and overused)

I’m sorry but Wonder Woman kicking ass while protecting her sidekick boytoy over a plucky 80’s electro beat is all I ever wanted out of life, thank you and goodbye https://t.co/CdoY8R9okG

She’s riding lightning. In the 80s there are endless possibilities. Your fave could never.
If you weren’t already hype for this movie, now you should be. We may have no idea what’s going on in the trailer, but we’ll all be there just for the 1980s aesthetics alone.
Prepare to hear people gasping with each 80s costume change and synth-tastic song on the soundtrack.
Take me back. What a time to be alive.
