Idris Elba has tested positive for the coronavirus and it’s legit like hearing someone has broken their Nokia phone. He’s urged everyone to stay calm, practice social distancing and take things seriously (but without panicking). Solid advice, from a solid man.

The shock of his diagnosis is pretty intense considering he always seems totally infallible, so of course Twitter is in meltdown over it. Plus, it doesn’t help that he’s basically everyone’s dream daddy.

Obviously, Elba contracting the virus is sad and scary, but he’s a fit man (in many ways) and it’s not unreasonable to assume that he’ll be alright and come out of it okay. In the meantime, here are all the best reaction tweets so you can have fun and laugh instead of panic.
