Celebrate Chinese New Year the right way…eating good food. The BrisAsia community are jumping back on board to host Brissy’s now-annual Dumpling Day yet again. The sell-out success of last year’s event brings back all your fave dumpling combos and much more in a one day event.
Not only can you expect to go full food coma, but there will also be a bunch of workshops to teach you and your mates how to make food yourself. Dumplings, bento boxes, potstickers just to name a few of the treats you can expect to learn to make.
And if you didn’t want to eat anything more, workshops to make your own Japanese lunchbox, origami and many more crafty goods.
The best part? Entry is totally free, but if you pre-register, you get the chance of winning a dumpling party of $500. Sign us up.
The event is on Saturday 10 February from 12PM-9PM at Welcome To The Bowen Hills, Bowen Hills.
