Tex-Mex restaurant El Camino Cantina, based in both The Rocks and Manly, is bringing the ultimate Aussie beverage to slip down our throats this Australia day. They’re releasing limited edition cocktail, Tim Tam Rita, to both venues just in time for the celebrations.
The cocktail consists of tequila, along with caramel liqueur and is topped off fittingly with the one and only caramel Tim Tam. Sounds bloody incredible, right? And at only $15 for a small and $19 for a large, they’ll go down swimmingly with some spicy nachos. The Tim Tam Rita follows a heap of experimental cocktails El Camino Cantina have blessed us with in the past, including the Popcorn Rita and the Apple Pie Rita. These guys are no strangers to a cocktail shaker, let me tell you.
