Man, this is a really rough one. Orange Is The New Black star, Yael Stone, who plays Lorna Morello, has stepped forward overnight accusing Aussie actor Geoffrey Rush of sexual misconduct. Stone came forward to the New York Times, detailing her claims.
Yael Stone, who was anxious to come forward, claims she received unwanted sexual-in-nature text messages, when she was 25, and rush was 59. She also mentioned that Rush danced in front of her naked in a dressing room, and used a mirror to watch her shower.
“I was so flattered that someone like that would spend their time texting me into the very early hours of the morning,” she said. “Gradually the text messages became more sexual in nature, but always encased in this very highfalutin intellectual language.”
This is not the first claim of sexual misconduct against Rush. Eryn Jean Norvill accused him of the same thing earlier this year. Norvill also stated that Rush’s behaviour was sexually inappropriate.
Yael Stone is receiving the upmost amount of support from members of the Me Too movement, fellow Aussies, as well as co-stars of OITNB.

Geoffrey Rush made a statement to the New York Times, denying claims of sexual misconduct. You can read his statement below.
Rush sued previous accused Eryn Jean Norvill of defamation. May he do the same to Stone given the support she is receiving?
You have to commend Yael Stone for coming forward with her claims, and it’s especially devastating to see such a revered actor like Rush come under the spotlight yet again. I certainly hope all victims of sexual assault find the courage to come forward and know they are supported.
